The e-learning on sexual and gender-based harassment at the workplace is developed as part of the SET THE TONE project and aims to support the improvement of competences of employers and employees in prevention and reporting of cases of sexual harassment in the workplaces. The training contains modules on inclusive language, prejudices, bias, stereotypes and norms that encourage or condone sexual harassment at the workplace.
