1. Approach the matter with a potential victim in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental way;
2. Refer a victim to the appropriate structures and associations;
3. Physically and virtually secure a victim of domestic violence, to guarantee her employment and her financial stability;
4. Think about the professional reintegration of a person who has had to leave the workplace for a short or long period of time;
5. Communicate internally and externally, and participate in the awareness-raising and prevention of domestic violence.
