With this module, you will understand the role of companies in the fight against domestic violence, and why this issue goes beyond the private sphere. Indeed, domestic violence – like other psychosocial risks – has an impact on the ability of employees, victims and colleagues at work.
In the first video, you will get information about some key figures. Then, you will discover our violence wheel to go deeper in the subject.
This module will end with two role plays. Through the (fictional) stories of Lili and Kimya, you will reflect on what the company (managers and/or colleagues) can do to act against domestic violence.
