The first module represents the essential foundation for the rest of the training as it explains the key concepts of gender equality and sexual harassment through definitions and examples that will enhance your understanding of the training topic.
The training module is designed to actively engage you in the learning process. It is expected that completing this curriculum will take approximately 70 minutes.

The e-learning on sexual and gender-based harassment at the workplace is developed as part of the SET THE TONE project and aims to support the improvement of competences of employers and employees in prevention and reporting of cases of sexual harassment in the workplaces. The training contains modules on inclusive language, prejudices, bias, stereotypes and norms that encourage or condone sexual harassment at the workplace.
