In this final part of the training, you are asked to self-assess your knowledge and skills post-training through a self-assessment tool which requires you to score yourself in certain categories from 1 to 10, with being 10 the highest value and 1 being the lowest value.
Finally, you are also expected to fill in the satisfaction questionnaire of the SET THE TONE training that you have attended. The information will contribute to the overall evaluation of the transnational project and to improving the quality of future training courses. Please express your opinions freely, because they are very important for the quality of the project and for our common work!

The e-learning on sexual and gender-based harassment at the workplace is developed as part of the SET THE TONE project and aims to support the improvement of competences of employers and employees in prevention and reporting of cases of sexual harassment in the workplaces. The training contains modules on inclusive language, prejudices, bias, stereotypes and norms that encourage or condone sexual harassment at the workplace.
